Section 1

Informational nature of trust surfaces

Trust badges, activity labels, receipt pages, order-status pages, and proof timelines are informational summaries based on records available to Pawalink at the time shown. They may reflect verified phone status, recent activity, recorded payments, receipt issuance, or similar events, but they are not a guarantee of merchant identity, product quality, delivery success, or future conduct.

Section 2

Possible delay, error, or removal

Public trust and proof surfaces can be delayed, corrected, limited, or removed if records are updated, a refund or dispute occurs, a webhook is delayed, moderation action is taken, or a technical issue affects the source data. A receipt or order-status page is not a substitute for independent due diligence, merchant communication, or payment-provider records.

Section 3

No guarantee of buyer protection

Pawalink does not promise guaranteed buyer protection, guaranteed delivery, guaranteed authenticity of goods, guaranteed seller verification, or guaranteed recovery of funds based solely on the existence of a trust page, receipt, or status page.
