Section 1

Who buyers are dealing with

Pawalink is operated by Fortis Buildnext. These Buyer Terms cover how the Pawalink platform is made available to buyers and public visitors. When you buy through a Pawalink storefront, you are usually dealing with an independent merchant, not with Pawalink as the seller. The merchant is responsible for the goods or services offered, listing accuracy, fulfillment, delivery promises, taxes, return terms, and customer support for the sale unless Pawalink expressly states otherwise for a specific transaction.

You must provide accurate checkout, contact, and payment information, use payment methods you are authorized to use, and avoid abusive, fraudulent, or duplicate ordering behavior.

Section 2

Receipts, order status, and disputes

Receipts, proof pages, and order-status pages are informational records based on data available to the platform at the time shown. They can lag, change, or be corrected if provider events, merchant updates, or dispute outcomes change the underlying record.

Refunds, complaints, cancellations, and chargebacks may involve both the merchant and the payment provider. Pawalink may offer operational support or recordkeeping, but Pawalink does not promise to resolve every merchant-buyer dispute or to reimburse every loss. Section 3

Public page use

Public storefront pages may be shared widely and may be indexed or cached by third parties. Buyers may not scrape, republish, or misuse merchant information, public receipts, or order links in ways that violate law, privacy, or platform policy.
