Section 1

Operator and scope

Pawalink is operated by Fortis Buildnext. These Merchant Terms apply to merchants who use the Pawalink platform to publish storefronts, accept orders, and receive payouts. References to "Pawalink", "we", "us", or "our" mean Fortis Buildnext acting as the operator of the platform.

Section 2

Merchant responsibility for goods and listings

Merchants are responsible for the legality, safety, quality, pricing, availability, labeling, and accuracy of every listing, image, description, and promise published through Pawalink. Merchants must review AI-generated or AI-extracted content before publishing and must correct anything inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

Merchants remain responsible for taxes, permits, sector-specific restrictions, shipping or delivery commitments, returns, consumer disclosures, and any warranties they choose to offer. Publishing through Pawalink does not transfer those obligations to the platform.

Section 3

Orders, payouts, and communications

Merchants authorize Pawalink to display storefronts, receipts, trust signals, order updates, and other commerce records generated from platform activity. Merchants must keep payout details, contact details, and operating information accurate and up to date.

Payout timing may depend on provider confirmation, fraud review, refund activity, reserve handling, verification status, and technical processing. Merchants must cooperate with requests for supporting records when disputes, refunds, chargebacks, suspicious activity, or compliance checks arise.

Section 4

Platform rights and restrictions

Pawalink may refuse, limit, pause, or remove listings, payout access, integrations, public pages, or distribution features if the merchant breaches platform rules or creates legal, processor, reputational, or operational risk. Merchants do not receive an exclusive territory, guaranteed traffic, or guaranteed sales volume by using the platform.
