Section 1

What to include in a notice

If you believe content on Pawalink infringes your rights or is otherwise unlawful, send a written notice that identifies the specific content, the right allegedly affected, the basis for your claim, your contact details, and enough information for Pawalink to locate the material quickly. Include links, screenshots, product names, and any supporting registration or ownership details you have.

Notices should be sent to [email protected] and, if required, to [NEEDS FOUNDER DECISION: physical notice address]. False, abusive, or incomplete notices may be rejected.

Section 2

How Pawalink may respond

Pawalink may remove, disable, or restrict content while reviewing a complaint. We may ask for more information, forward the complaint to the affected user, preserve evidence, or take broader account action where the complaint suggests fraud, illegal goods, or repeated infringement.

Where appropriate and legally supported, Pawalink may allow a response or counter-notice process before deciding whether content will be restored. [NEEDS LOCAL COUNSEL REVIEW: final complaint and counter-notice mechanics.]
