Merchant KYC and Verification Policy
This placeholder policy explains the platform current limited verification posture and how fuller KYC checks may be introduced.
Operated by Fortis Buildnext
Pawalink is operated by Fortis Buildnext.
Section 1
Current verification posture
Pawalink may currently display limited operational trust signals such as verified phone status, recent activity, order-history milestones, or similar platform-generated indicators. Those signals are narrower than a full legal identity check or formal merchant certification.
Unless Pawalink explicitly states otherwise for a particular merchant or program, a trust signal does not mean Pawalink has fully verified the merchant legal identity, physical inventory, business registration, tax status, or fulfillment capacity.
Section 2
Possible KYC or enhanced review
Pawalink may require additional documents or checks before enabling certain features, processor connections, payout access, financing handoffs, or higher-risk transaction volumes. Those checks may involve identity, business registration, payout ownership, address, or transaction-supporting documents.

Section 3
Consequences of non-cooperation
If a merchant does not complete a required verification step, Pawalink may pause payouts, restrict features, remove public trust signals, limit transaction volume, or suspend the account.
