Content, Catalog, and Marketplace Listing Policy
This policy explains what merchants can publish, what public exposure comes with publication, and when Pawalink may remove content.
Operated by Fortis Buildnext
Pawalink is operated by Fortis Buildnext.
Section 1
Merchant content standards
Merchants may upload product photos, names, descriptions, pricing, inventory indicators, and other sales content only if they have the rights to publish that content and the right to sell the goods described. Listings must be accurate, not misleading, and fit the actual item being offered.
Merchants may not use listing content to hide prohibited goods, impersonate a brand or another seller, publish stolen images, or misstate price, quantity, product condition, or delivery scope.
Section 2
Public distribution and indexing
Once published, listings may appear on public storefronts, shared links, trust pages, receipts, structured-data outputs, public catalog endpoints, and other distribution surfaces generated by the platform. Those surfaces may be indexed, cached, screenshotted, or shared by search engines, AI crawlers, buyers, and messaging platforms.
Removing a listing from Pawalink does not guarantee immediate removal from every external cache or copy.
Section 3
Moderation and removal
Pawalink may reject, de-rank, disable, or remove content that appears unlawful, risky, infringing, deceptive, duplicate, unsafe, or inconsistent with platform policy. We may also request supporting documents or corrections before restoring a listing.
