This notice explains the operational messages users may receive and how optional communications should be handled.
Operated by Fortis Buildnext
Pawalink is operated by Fortis Buildnext.
Section 1
Operational communications
By creating an account or using checkout and commerce flows, users agree that Pawalink and participating merchants may send operational messages needed to run the service. These can include verification codes, sign-in or account notices, order updates, payment confirmations, receipts, refund or dispute updates, payout notices, and support responses.
Operational messages may be sent by email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notification, or in-app messaging depending on the workflow and the contact method available.
Section 2
Optional and marketing communications
Marketing or product-update communications should only be sent where the user has opted in or where applicable law otherwise permits them. Users can manage available preferences inside the product where those controls are provided. [NEEDS ENGINEERING CONFIRMATION: exact marketing opt-in surfaces and default states.]
Section 3
Provider and delivery limits
Message and data rates may apply depending on a user mobile carrier or data plan. Delivery timing and success depend on third-party providers, device status, connectivity, and account configuration. Pawalink does not guarantee that every message will be delivered in real time or at all.
