AI Feature and Automated Processing Disclosure
This disclosure explains how Pawalink uses AI-assisted extraction and suggestion features today and how users should treat those outputs.
Operated by Fortis Buildnext
Pawalink is operated by Fortis Buildnext.
Section 1
AI-assisted features
Pawalink may use automated processing and third-party AI services to analyze uploaded product photos, extract text or attributes, suggest categories, generate draft descriptions or titles, group items into draft batches, and support review queues for merchant storefront creation.
Automated processing may also be used to log confidence levels, detect incomplete extraction, and route items for fallback or manual review when the system is uncertain or provider calls fail.
Section 2
What gets processed and by whom
Inputs to these workflows can include uploaded images, image metadata, product context supplied by the merchant, prompt text, draft outputs, and operational metadata about the extraction request. Depending on configuration and failover state, processing may involve third-party AI providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google Gemini.
These providers may process data outside Ghana. Pawalink uses AI as an assistive tool and not as professional, financial, legal, or safety advice.
Section 3
Output quality and user responsibility
AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, or misleading. Merchants remain responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated or AI-extracted content before it becomes public. Pawalink may store training or correction records related to these workflows to improve platform quality, subject to applicable retention and privacy controls.
