Section 1

Platform audience

Pawalink is designed for business use by merchants and for buyers or public visitors engaging in commerce-related activity. Merchant accounts should only be created by users who are legally able to enter a binding agreement and operate the relevant business activities under applicable law. [NEEDS LOCAL COUNSEL REVIEW: final minimum-age statement for Ghana-first launch.]

Section 2

Children and age-restricted goods

The service is not directed to young children, and Pawalink does not intend merchant onboarding as a child-focused service. Merchants remain responsible for ensuring that age-restricted goods or services are not marketed, sold, or delivered unlawfully and for collecting any age confirmations required by law.

Section 3

Reporting concerns

If you believe a child has provided information in a way that should not have happened through Pawalink, contact [email protected] so the issue can be investigated and addressed.
