Terms of Service
These terms set the baseline rules for using Pawalink, whether you are a merchant, buyer, or public visitor.
Operated by Fortis Buildnext
Pawalink is operated by Fortis Buildnext.
Section 1
Scope and platform role
Pawalink ("the Platform") is operated by Fortis Buildnext. References to "Pawalink", "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms refer to Fortis Buildnext acting as the operator of the Pawalink platform and related services.
These Terms of Service govern access to Pawalink websites, mobile web experiences, public storefronts, order pages, receipts, trust pages, buyer checkout flows, APIs made available to the public, and related services. By using Pawalink, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked from them.
Pawalink provides software that helps merchants publish storefronts, receive and track orders, issue receipts, monitor order status, connect to payment providers, and manage commerce operations. Unless Pawalink expressly says otherwise in writing, Pawalink is not the seller of merchant goods, does not take title to inventory, and does not promise that every merchant, listing, or transaction is legitimate, complete, or successful.
Section 2
Accounts, accuracy, and access
Some features require an account. You must provide accurate registration details, keep credentials and devices secure, and use only accounts and phone numbers you are authorized to use. Merchants are responsible for activity taken through their account, storefront, and connected payout details unless they promptly report compromise.
Public pages may be accessible without login. If you browse, share, or purchase through a public storefront, you must still use the service lawfully and provide accurate order and payment information.
Section 3
Public content, payments, and operations
Merchant storefronts, product listings, receipts, order-status pages, trust pages, and structured data may be publicly visible and may be indexed, cached, copied, and shared by browsers, search engines, AI crawlers, messaging apps, and other third parties once published or distributed.
Payments are facilitated through third-party processors and mobile money or card rails where offered. Payment authorization, provider outages, settlement timing, payout timing, reversals, refunds, and chargebacks depend on provider processes, merchant conduct, buyer conduct, risk review, and system state. Pawalink does not guarantee instant confirmation, guaranteed settlement, guaranteed payout timing, escrow protection, fraud elimination, or buyer protection.
Section 4
Suspension, changes, and disclaimers
Pawalink may suspend, limit, remove, or investigate accounts, listings, links, payouts, integrations, or public pages where we believe there is fraud risk, illegal goods risk, policy breach, sanctions risk, abusive behavior, security risk, payment irregularity, verification failure, or another platform integrity concern.
The service is provided on an as available and as updated basis. Features may be beta, incomplete, changed, deprecated, or withdrawn. Except to the extent required by law, Pawalink disclaims implied warranties, does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and is not responsible for merchant inventory accuracy, product quality, delivery outcome, tax treatment, or third-party processor performance.
