Payment states

Buyer payments are verified against the provider before the order is treated as confirmed.

After confirmation, funds can appear as held, settling, available, payout processing, or paid out.

Refunds reduce seller receivable totals and are reflected in settlement visibility instead of staying hidden in separate support records.

Payout failures return funds to the seller wallet view, while completed payouts remain traceable through provider references and webhook events.
